jessica de Vault Hale
Jessica DeVault Hale is a marketing consultant and coach who has spent over a decade helping women build brands that actually reflect who they are and what they're capable of.
Before she ever worked with a single client, Jessica spent years as an award-winning journalist, which means storytelling, clarity, and knowing exactly how to say the right thing to the right person isn't just something she teaches. It's been the foundation of everything she's done professionally.
In 2013, she launched her consulting practice, working with female solopreneurs and small businesses to build their brands, develop their websites, create content that converts, and show up consistently across every platform. Along the way, she also spent time in advertising and sales, learning firsthand how the right message delivered to the right audience changes everything. She has since built and grown digital communities from the ground up with thousands of engaged members — so she understands what it actually takes to attract an audience and keep them.
Jessica holds a Master's in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, bringing both the academic framework and the real-world experience to every client she works with.
She built the Called & Clear Cohort because she kept seeing the same thing: women with genuine callings and real gifts who couldn't figure out why their message wasn't landing. Not because they lacked talent. Because they lacked clarity.
