I came to marketing through an unconventional path. I spent seven years as a journalist and stylist, which taught me something most marketers miss: the story underneath the strategy is what moves people. Knowing how to find that story, shape it, and position it for the right audience is the foundation of everything I do.

I earned my Master's in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, where I learned to bridge creative storytelling with data-driven strategy that actually produces results. Over the next 15 years, I applied that combination across beauty, fashion, publishing, fitness, technology, and retail, working with both individual entrepreneurs and large-scale businesses.

What I've learned across it all is this: the businesses that grow aren't always the ones with the biggest budgets or the loudest voices. They're the ones with the clearest message. The ones whose audience immediately understands what they do, who it's for, and why they're the right choice.
